To reach the clients and build a stable project pipeline, we are well connected with a diverse portfolio of ADASTRA sales professionals across multiple regions. Once you join Blindspot as a Business Manager you will be interacting closely with the ADASTRA sales team members to help them understand the potential of AI in their line of business, you will jointly create account plans for their accounts and chart strategies to win the deals and expand our AI footprint on the accounts. You will help the acquisition sales with the expansion to new markets where AI is typically the door opener. The value you will bring to the sales team would be your deeper understanding of AI, your ability to identify deliverable use cases for each of their accounts, and your energy and structure to push opportunities forward.

You will be monitoring our sales pipeline continuously and as you will be filling the pipeline with the sales-generated opportunities, you will join forces with our pre-sales team to convert the opportunities into projects.

Job Responsibilities:

  • AI Partner for the Sales Team: Drive the heartbeat at Blindspot by constantly collecting and integrating AI capabilities, aligning with the sales team to shape forward-thinking strategies and plans. Together with Ondrej Vanek, Blindspot CEO and ADASTRA Chief AI Officer, you will develop specific actions and long-term plans.
  • Connection between the sales and technology teams globally – you will be the key person to ensure our technologies find their place in the market and meet our clients‘ expectations.
  • Account Planning and Strategic Management: You will co-create account plans, identify opportunities, and define how our AI solutions can bring real value to our clients.
  • Partnership Management: You will evolve strategic partnerships to help Blindspot Solutions grow further. Work on partnerships in the Czech Republic, Slovakia, and Germany. Your work will be key to our activities in these markets.

Requirements:

  • Experience:  minimally 5 years in business development or pre-sales roles and minimally 3 years of experience in AI, Cloud, Data, and related technologies, you should understand the presales environment, IT services, and have awareness of market competition.
  • Technical Insight and client need understanding: Are you following the latest technological trends and thinking about the opportunities they unlock? Can you listen to prospective clients, empathize with them, and envision how the latest data, cloud, and AI technologies can address their challenges.
  • Familiarity with pre-sales and sales processes: You do not have to be a hunter or a door opener, but you must have a strong influence on business outcomes through technical consultancy and strategy.
  • Community mindset – able to build relationships with people across various professions, specializations, and interests, gaining their trust and creating strong partnerships. Ensures others‘ acceptance while persistently driving the goal without distraction.
  • Additionally, fluency in the Czech language is a requirement, and this role necessitates onsite cooperation in our office.
