We are at a critical moment where our company’s growth is set to accelerate significantly. That is why we are looking for a dedicated Business Development Manager to help us drive this acceleration by identifying and developing new business opportunities in IoT solutions and services.

Our IoT Lab is the youngest competency center in Adastra with a smaller compact team of self-motivated enthusiasts passionately solving challenges from the offline and digital world.

Our solutions collect a wide range of customer insights across the entire value chain use cases and various industries globally. We develop comprehensive IoT solutions, including the implementation of our patented IoT devices, integration with robust data platforms, and the delivery of end-user applications.
Our family of E2E products evolves every day ranging from the entire in-store customer journey, visitors, sales & conversion analysis, through shipment tracking and asset/environment monitoring in logistics, waste management, or production line optimizations. The modular ‘component bricks’ ecosystem of our solutions allows adaptation to ever-changing business needs and global deployment in scale.

What will be your mission?

  • Understand the market and technology to develop effective sales strategies and apply both sales and solution expertise to expand our IoT business
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the IoT consulting sector locally and also internationally (our teams across Europe and North America are here to support your ambitions to expand in this direction)
  • Proactively generate leads, engage prospects, and drive sales through outreach, networking, and partnerships
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, decision-makers, and technical teams in potential client organizations
  • Collaborate with internal technical teams to tailor solutions to client needs
  • Present and demonstrate IoT solutions, services, and value propositions to prospective clients
  • Develop and execute sales strategies and account plans to meet revenue targets
  • Stay updated on IoT trends, emerging technologies, and market demands to refine business strategies
  • Prepare and negotiate proposals, contracts, and pricing models in close collaboration with the IoT team, marketing, and other Adastra competency centers
  • Track and analyze sales performance, pipeline development, and market insights to improve outreach strategies
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to increase brand visibility
