Business Development Manager (Automotive & Manufacturing)

We’re currently seeking a Business Development Manager for the Manufacturing and Automotive segment to drive growth and expand our client base both in the Czech Republic and internationally. 
 
What You’ll Do: 

• Identify and close new business opportunities: Primarily in the Manufacturing and Automotive sector, with potential expansion globally. 

• Collaborate closely with the Marketing team: Position Adastra as an industry leader and trusted advisor. 

• Leverage Adastra’s ecosystem of competencies: Work across our global technology and industry practices to design solutions addressing key client challenges. 

• Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline: Identify and qualify new business leads to build a robust pipeline. 

• Deliver impactful sales solutions and proposals: Showcase our value to prospective clients. 

• Negotiate and close deals: Build strong relationships with decision-makers to secure valuable contracts. 

What We’re Looking For: 

• Experience: Minimum of 4 years in business development or pre-sales roles, with ideally some portion of this time focused on Data, Cloud, AI, or related technologies. Experience in the Manufacturing and Automotive segments is required. 

• Technical insight and client understanding: Passionate about the latest tech trends and able to envision how data, cloud, and AI can solve client challenges. 

• Sales-driven mindset: You are a natural hunter, confident in opening doors and making an impact through technical consultancy and strategy. 

• Community-oriented: Skilled at building trust and strong partnerships across various sectors and disciplines.
