Over 20 years ago, I stumbled into recruitment by chance – and quickly discovered it was my true calling. While my career path also led me through roles in sales and marketing, which gave me valuable perspective and a deeper understanding of business dynamics, I’ve always found my way back to what fulfills me most: recruitment. I’m passionate about connecting the right people at the right time and being part of the journey when new professional stories begin. At Adastra, I lead our recruitment team, and together we strive to make hiring not just a necessary process, but a positive and engaging experience for every candidate. In my free time, you’ll most likely find me in the mountains – climbing via ferratas, hiking, or biking in summer, and skiing in winter.

I’m looking for new colleagues to join Adastra AI, a place where we’ve been pushing the boundaries of technology and building solutions with real impact for more than five years. I enjoy connecting with people who aren’t afraid of challenges, love learning new things, and want to be part of a company that’s changing the world through AI. Right now, we’re especially looking for Generative AI specialists, Machine Learning engineers, and Software Developers to join our teams. Outside of work, I’m passionate about all kinds of sports, I love spending time in the mountains—both in summer and winter—and my guilty pleasure is definitely sweets.

I have dedicated most of my professional career to recruitment. In recent years, I have focused primarily on sourcing IT talent in areas such as software and mobile development, data management, cybersecurity, and more. My goal is to help managers build strong, skilled teams that successfully contribute to the company’s growth and development. At Adastra, I mainly focus on hiring for roles within the Data Management domain. I’ve been passionate about recruitment since my university days – I truly enjoy it and find it meaningful. My focus is on IT roles, which I’ve helped fill for both European companies and teams in Silicon Valley. Along the way, I’ve met many inspiring professionals who see their job as a passion they get paid for. That’s exactly what I strive for too – to help each person find the right role where they can thrive. What drew me to Adastra is the combination of exciting career opportunities and challenges, along with a supportive environment that values work-life balance.
