For more than three years at Adastra, I have been combining Big Data Engineering with recruitment, mentoring, and the role of People Lead. This allows me not only to go deep into technical areas, but also to grow in leadership and people development.

I work in both on-premises and cloud environments for clients, on platforms such as Cloudera and Databricks. On a daily basis, I use SQL, Spark, Python, and Bash.

I conduct interviews, provide mentoring, and take responsibility for the development of team members. This kind of role flexibility truly motivates me and keeps me moving forward.
