Consent to the Processing of Personal Data

Companies within the ADASTRA Group are committed to protecting your privacy. This document contains information about how ADASTRA Group companies collect and use your personal data, as well as the rights you have in connection with the processing of personal data.

By granting consent to the processing of personal data (hereinafter referred to as the “consent”), you agree that each member of the ADASTRA Group (hereinafter referred to as the “controller”) is entitled to process your personal data for the purposes stated below. A list of ADASTRA Group companies authorized to process your personal data based on this consent can be found here

Based on your consent, the controller is entitled to process the following personal data:

  • First and last name
  • Personal photograph
  • Telephone number
  • Email address
  • Information about education and previous work experience
  • Any additional information provided by you in your CV (e.g., residence, date of birth, and others)
(hereinafter referred to as the “personal data”)

Personal data will be processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council, known as the GDPR.

The consent is granted to the controller for the purpose of inclusion in the database of job applicants, in order to contact you in the future with job opportunities. If consent is not granted, inclusion in the job applicant database is not possible.

In connection with the above, you acknowledge that personal data may, for the purpose of processing, be transferred to (and subsequently processed by) authorized employees of the controller and possibly also by providers of HR or IT services to the controller, with whom the controller has concluded an appropriate data processing agreement. However, these parties process your personal data only on the basis of the controller’s instructions.

The consent to the processing of personal data is valid until it is withdrawn, but no longer than three years from the date it was granted. You acknowledge that consent is given voluntarily and that you may withdraw it at any time at https://app.recruitis.io/public/unsubscribe. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing prior to its withdrawal. The controller will retain personal data for the duration of the consent.

You have the right to obtain information about which of your personal data are being processed, for what purpose and by what means, and the right to request access to such personal data and their update or correction, or to request restriction of processing, as well as the right to object to processing. You also have the right to obtain from the controller the personal data you have provided in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format, and the right to transmit those data to another controller. If you discover or believe that the controller is processing your personal data in violation of the protection of your private and personal life or in violation of the law, especially if the personal data are inaccurate with regard to the purpose of processing, you may request an explanation from the controller (via the email address provided at the end of this document) or request that the controller remedy such a situation. You may also file a complaint with the supervisory authority or bring the matter before a competent court. Remedy under the previous sentence may include blocking, correction, completion, or deletion of personal data.

If you have any questions regarding the processing of your personal data, please use the contact email according to your location
