Learn to work with data from the best experts in the industry

At the beginning

Are you smart and brave enough to try new things?
A year from now, your career could be miles further

It’s always good if you…

  • Are an IT, economics or mathematics and physics graduate. Your discipline is not as important as having a technical and analytical mind.
  • Know your SQL or are able to learn it. We work with data, so databases are simply essential here.
  • You don’t mind working hard when the task is interesting. You’re not afraid of communicating or responsibility.

What can we guarantee?

  • You’ll learn more from our experts than anywhere else. Your skills will improve rapidly.
  • You’ll work on projects for international companies. You’ll have an opportunity to deploy innovations in banks as well as the public sector.
  • Our company has a horizontal structure – every voice is heard clearly.
We’ll agree on your working hours as well as on what you’re interested in.

Tomáš Plánička

Consultant

„I studied informatics and statistics. During my summer working stay in Chicago I've been doing nightly Big Data and Hadoop courses when I suddenly found an article on IDnes about a Czech company winning a tender for the largest Canadian bank.

The story of Adastra and Jan Mrázek intrigued me so much so that I scheduled a Skype interview from America and joined Adastra in September. Of course, by that time I was a comlete rookie, but I've been lucky and found very helpful colleagues who readily added their experience to my willingness to work.

I gradually grew in this wonderful environment and today I have the trust of our largest customers for which I prepare technological solutions.“

Things people like to ask…

What does a consultant actually do? Will I be selling something?

No way. A consultant is not a sales representative – just a regular IT specialist.
We go to companies and help them use their own data. And we show them how to extract useful information from it and work with it further.
So you have to understand IT, be able to design the architecture of the resulting solution as well as communicate with our clients and push their in-house team in the right direction.
