As IT Business Analyst for the Corporate Finance you have the end-to-end responsibility for the IT systems. This includes running it (operation), evolving it (development) and all related regulatory topics (administration). For that purpose, you are engaged in regular communications with customers and stakeholders and collecs feedback. You make necessary decisions for the product, ensure product quality together with the development and operation team. Your team is located in Prague. You will closely collaborate with the partner in Frankfurt.

You will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring all regulatory and operational requirements are fulfilled in time
  • Perform analysis on existing / new requirements falling under the remit of the team
  • Build clear, reliable and detailed functional specifications
  • Facilitate communication between software developers and business units as appropriate
  • Maintain rigorous, good quality documentation of the platform
  • Interface to support team, with new functionality, provide support documentation and hands-on demos as required
  • Incident- request- and problem management in your space
  • Participation in project work for further enhancements

Communication competencies:

  • Effective English verbal and written communication skills. Able to adapt communication to suit different audiences
  • Effective facilitation skills. Should be able to facilitate group discussions & meetings with various teams in the organisation
  • Action orientated. Able to follow up on feedback from the business & relay/develop positive outcomes

Technical Skills & Experience:

  • Expert / Outstanding Cooperation, Analytical Thinking, Conceptual Thinking, and Systematic Approach
  • Working knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle, include architectural concepts as well as programming languages / development tools and database / application architecture
  • Experience in creating specifications as well as test cases and where necessary executing test cases
